ABOUT US
M&M Architecture are a Manchester based practice with a wealth of experience in the construction industry. All aspects of construction design and management are covered, specializing in planning drawings and planning application support across the North West.
Our packages start from £595 for a complete set of planning drawings, this includes, for most local authorities, location plan, site plan, existing and proposed floor plans and elevations. All of our planning packages comply with the local authority requirements for detail and scale.
We also have qualified Principle Designers who can act under the 2015 CDM Regulations to manage Health and Safety during the design and construction phases of a project.
